¶ Who is the Mechanist?
The Mechanist is a specialized NPC found in Spawn.
Use /warp mechanist to get to their house.
The Mechanist offers unique items, machines, and spawners in exchange for special materials, and most importantly, your time.
¶ Cerulean
Cerulean are reagents that the Mechanist uses to create items and machines for you.
There are 4 types of Cerulean, each with different rarities and ways to obtain them.
¶ Cerulean Dust
- Can be obtained from Vote Crates, Pinata Party, and the Prospector.
¶ Cerulean Shard
- Can be obtained from Vote Crates, Pinata Party, and the Prospector.
- Can be crafted with Cerulean Dust at the Mechanist.
¶ Cerulean Prism
- Can be obtained from Pinata Party and the Prospector.
- Can be crafted with Cerulean Dust and Cerulean Shard at the Mechanist.
¶ Cerulean Quill
- Can be obtained from Drop Party.
- Can be crafted with Cerulean Dust, Cerulean Shard, and Cerulean Prism at the Mechanist.
- Can be purchased with coins at the Mechanist.
¶ Crafting Spawners
The Mechanist is able to craft spawners using Spawner Shards - but be patient with them!
Crafting spawners takes resources and time for the Mechanist to complete.
Zombie, skeleton and spider spawners are able to be crafted by default.
To unlock the ability to craft more types of spawners, you have to complete quest lines in /quests.
¶ Elevators
Elevators allow you to teleport vertically upward (jump) and downward (sneak) when standing on them. Learn more here
Elevators can be obtained from the Mechanist, provided you have the materials they require.
¶ Tier 1 Elevators
- Obtainable with Quaternion Translocation housing + matrix with Cerulean
- Can travel up to 16 blocks vertically
¶ Tier 2 Elevators
- Obtainable with Quaternion Translocation housing + matrix with Cerulean
- Can travel up to 64 blocks vertically
¶ Seller Collectors
Seller Collectors are placeable blocks that collect drops in the chunk they are placed in, which can then be automatically sold to the server shop. Learn more here
Tier 1 Seller Collectors are crafted in the Mechanist using a Profit Collection Lattice, a Profit Collection Catalyst and Profit Collection Panels.
These Collector parts are obtained through the Superior Pass and Drop Party, and can be purchased at the Mechanist as part of the monthly Mechanist Bundle.
Higher tier Seller Collectors can also be crafted in the Mechanist by combining lower tier Collectors with some reagents.
