¶ Who is the Mechanist?
The Mechanist is a specialized NPC found in Spawn.
Look for the house with the purple roof - or use /warp mechanist to get to their house.
The Mechanist offers unique items and machines in exchange for special materials, and most importantly, your time.
¶ Cerulean
Cerulean are reagents that the Mechanist needs to create items and machines for you.
There are 4 types of Cerulean, each with different rarities and ways to obtain them.
¶ Cerulean Dust
- Can be obtained from Vote Crates and Pinata Party
¶ Cerulean Shard
- Can be obtained from Vote Crates and Pinata Party
- Can be crafted with Cerulean Dust at the Mechanist
¶ Cerulean Prism
- Can be obtained from Pinata Party
- Can be crafted with Cerulean Dust and Cerulean Shard at the Mechanist
¶ Cerulean Quill
- Can be obtained from Drop Party
- Can be crafted with Cerulean Dust, Cerulean Shard, and Cerulean Prism at the Mechanist
- Can be purchased with in-game money or coins at the Mechanist
¶ Spawner Upgrades
The Mechanist is able to exchange certain spawners for better spawners - but be patient with them!
Spawner upgrades take resources and time for the Mechanist to complete.
The spawner upgrades the Mechanist offers, and what they need in order to create them, are as follows:
- Pig spawners
- Uses Zombie, Skeleton, Spider, Cave Spider, or Blaze spawners
- Cow spawners
- Uses Pig or Sheep spawners with Cerulean
- Iron Golem spawners
- Uses Cow spawners with Cerulean
- Breeze spawners
- Uses Iron Golem spawners with Cerulean
¶ Elevators
Elevators allow you to teleport vertically upward (jump) and downward (sneak) when standing on them. Learn more here
Elevators can be obtained from the Mechanist, provided you have the materials they require.
¶ Tier 1 Elevators
- Obtainable with Quaternion Translocation housing + matrix with Cerulean
- Can travel up to 16 blocks vertically
¶ Tier 2 Elevators
- Obtainable with Quaternion Translocation housing + matrix with Cerulean
- Can travel up to 64 blocks vertically
¶ Seller Collectors
Seller Collectors are placeable blocks that collect drops in the chunk they are placed in, which can then be automatically sold to the server shop. Learn more here
Seller Collectors can be upgraded at the Mechanist by combining lower tier seller collectors and Cerulean.
¶ Tier 2 Collectors
- Obtainable with x2 Tier 1 Seller Collectors + Cerulean
¶ Tier 3 Collectors
- Obtainable with x2 Tier 2 Seller Collectors + Cerulean
¶ Tier 4 Collectors
- Obtainable with x2 Tier 3 Seller Collectors + Cerulean
