Towns can be removed once all town residents have been offline for 60+ days.
Players can be kicked from their town plot(s) if:
Players will automatically have their /res data reset once they have been offline for 60 days, no exceptions.
Claiming for-sale town plots without clear permission from the town's staff is not allowed.
AFK crop farming is not allowed.
If you are caught AFK crop farming, you will be punished accordingly.
AFK crop farming does not include AFK-ing spawners and such.
It only refers to when your character actively breaks crops while you are AFK.
Players are not allowed to fill up their town with "throwaway" accounts to get additional town claims.
Players are limited to 4 accounts that can generate income (1 main + 3 alts).
Any additional accounts are not allowed to generate income.
For example: additional alt accounts may afk a farm/spawners but are not allowed to gain income from it.
Any misuse of the advertising channel (/adc) is not allowed.
Only use the advertising channel for its intended purpose.
